I was 15, so in 10th grade. Jorg you were in 11th :) I was probably babysitting every weekend I was kinda a loser. haha

1. Take care of Kai
2. Shower and try to get ready
3. Watch LOST with JR I can't wait I almost want to watch it and lie to him and just pretend like I am surprised when we watch it when he gets home.
4. Make something spectacular for dinner (yeah right) there is only so much you can do with hamburger.
5. Do pilates

Ok so Kai is learning how to sit, he does really well if you put him in the position but if he has to get in the position himself well...as you can see below it's quite the "workout"...you would think he was poopin his pants! LOL anybody know some good "exercises" to do with babies to help them figure it out themselves?

Here you go the best I could answer I did...

1. If you have a girl, what will you name her? We LOVE the name Marley but I bet we would end up naming her Karina Luanne

2. How many scrapbooks have you made already for your little one? Not even one full book but I am working on it. (you made him one though :) and I love it!)

3. Where is your dream home? Probably Hawaii I would love to retire somewhere like that but I would only do it if I had the funds to come to the mainland and visit all the time if I wanted.

4. If you had all of the money in the world, what would you want? To pay off all my debts go back to school or hire professors to come and teach me so I didn't have to leave my child and I would build a couple houses with the cash, pay off my mom's mortgage, build houses for my sisters, I mean all the money in the world heck I would build everyone I love a house and I would donate to medical research and childrens hospitals and to the church and I would TRAVEL everywhere with all the people I love I would do a lot of things but I would want to do the best with it as possible and not ever become sefish or greedy cause of it :) it would be nice wouldn't it.

5. If your son could have a scholarship (full ride) for anything, what would you want it to be? Well I can tell you what JR would want it to be Basketball he has this dream Kai will be an NBA star haha not me I don't want him to live that kind of lifestyle. I would want it to be what made him happy and what he wanted it to be.

6. What is one thing that surprised you about being a mom? How natural it came I thought I was going to be like running around like a crazy person but I was calm for the most and that has a lot to do I am sure with how good of a baby Kai was and still is.

7. What is one thing that you LOVE about living with Dorth? Free rent and always having a babysitter it's awesome who wouldn't love that. haha that sounds way bad it's nice we are all here for eachother when we need eachother I do help out too just so ya'll know!!

a BIG Blessing Day!

Ok so I don't know how to turn these photos the right way sorry but I wanted them on this post cause this was on the actual blessing day and my mom looks so cute with the two boys she is the best grandma ever love you mom sorry your sideways (if anyone knows how to help a computer "blonde" tell me so I can fix it.)

Ok so Kai and Eli were blessed together and the day before the blessing we attempted to have a photo shoot with the two of them in their white clothes, as you can see they were not happy. Colette had Brooke and I hide behind a black sheet while she took pictures of them hoping that would calm them down but it was awkward and didn't work...but right before our sheet attemp look at how calm they were with their dads!!! Gosh Sorry Brooke I had to add that family photo of you guys I love it Brady looks so proud.

Ok so I may be a little obsessed with my family but I have had these pictures for awhile now and haven't even used them until last night when I scrapped some of them so it's probably about time to share with others. I think the first two photos are the best cause I am sure all children think that about their parents at times. And the second photo well if you are in my family you have probably seen that face before but for those who don't know that face it is Kai's poop face I know gross but look at it...you have to admit it's funny. Poor guy can never seem to get it out. LOL well enjoy!

New Cool "Do's"!!

BEFORE and AFTER..... JR and Kai got haircuts together on Tuesday this was Kai's second haircut and he is not even 6 months old, how lucky is he! And this is a very dramatic haircut for JR cause he has always loved his long hair if you know him, you know he was really mad when UPS first made him cut his hair short and now he keeps going shorter I was nervous about it but I love it so here they are my clean cut cuties!! Happy Valentines Day as well I love everyone that ends up reading all this :) have a great day!!

No more PICTURES mom gosh!!!

Ok so I thought this was so cute this morning I was hanging out with Kai in my room and he started making funny faces and as usual as soon as I brought the camera out he was on his best behavior so I didn't get any of his funny faces but as I was taking pictures he reached up to touch the camera and it turned out looking like he was hiding his face not wanting anymore pictures taken it was funny so I thought I would share it.

Daddy and Kai were supposed to be Hangin out this night but I went downstairs and... Well you can see for yourself they decided to kick me out of my spot in bed. It was cute cause at one point they were both sleeping exactly the same way and Kai never falls asleep in our bed so he must have been really tired.

First ever blog (for me)

So I finally gave in and decided to try "the blog" I feel a little retarded but I think I will get it eventually. Kai is five months now and I will post some recent photos of him soon but for now I will post the pictures my friend Jessica and Colette have taken of him theirs are the best photos. He has been such a joy but being a mom is hard and I have had to learn fast how to be less selfish. I am currently not working but I think I am just putting it off I will have to return to work it's just scary to think about daycare... but lots of families do it so when the time comes I will have to suck it up. JR is still working for UPS as a driver and he works hard for us I wish they treated him a little better but thats just me and today is a bad day for me to talk about UPS so I won't. Other than that I feel like my life is boring cause it is. We have no vacations planned and no money to go on vacation and its snowy outside so Kai and I rarely get out... maybe I need some fresh air!!!? I do go to the gym though and anyone that wants to meet me there on Tuesday and Thursday night AF Golds Power Pump class rocks I lost four pounds last week but its not even all about that it makes you feel good so you all should come if you can. Well that's it for my first blog I figure this thing out soon and have a better one next time.
